Beyond frustrated and disappointed...

So I stumbled upon this amazing app after my previous one quit working, and I was super stoked as to how great it worked and the high quality it posses! However, a few days ago, when I put in my own picture as I always do, it cut off and I was forced to use another picture that I did not care for as much. Now, when I attempt to open the app, it cuts to a black screen and automatically closes on its own. I am extremely disappointed as I love using this wonderful app, but it has many bugs that need extermination. Now.
