The update does nothing. It only stretched the app to look longer but now it doesnt fit In my screen because the bottom is cut off :/ I was so excited for this update, finally, but it fixed nothing.

Lost all of my in app purchases a while ago. Cant even get to the page to reinstall the free packs. I am back to the basic app. I WIILL NOT repurchase the packs Ive lost, although I couldnt even if I wanted to. Used to love this app.

Before the update I wasnt able to click on any of the themes to install them. Now the app is stretched past the bottom of the screen and when I click on "restore" just like before nothing happens

I use this app all the time. I had to re-download it and once I did that I couldnt get any of the extra themes or fonts. I put in my password to reload and nothing comes up and I know I downloaded pictures and fonts. Disappointed. Would be a 5 star if I could download the themes and other fun stuff.

The latest update is bugged, please fix this. Only half of the menu at the bottom can be viewed.

I loved this app...until the update. Now I have lost ALL the themes and fonts I had downloaded and I cant get them back !!! I keep hitting "restore " but nothing happens!! So frustrating !! I will delete app if I cant get my themes and fonts back !!

I did an update and lost everything I downloaded. Tried to restore my purchases but opting happens. Their FB page is of no help. They dont reply to ANYONE. There should be a way to get a refund!

I really love this app. I use it almost everyday! I updated it the other day, and now it wont open. My screen just turns black and closes. Once You guys make a update to fix it, I will give you 5 starts.

The app is ok but every time i go to the store and tap restore,it does nothing.

I cant "restore" all the backgrounds and fonts that I have previously purchased.

How do I get all my in app purchases back? Or a refund?

I love everything about this app, however the store will not open... It will not show me what is in the store. Why???

I opened the app for the first time in months and none of my cute stickers and themes are there anymore! From what I can tell, it was from the latest update that messed everything up. Please fix this. I love and miss the cuteness of this app :( plus, I didnt pay for this app for the basics!

I cant see any themes, fonts or stickers. They all say restore but when I click restore nothing happens

This is a good app if you just want words. Its harder to add pictures and some of the backgrounds are a little on the weird side. Other than that, not a terrible app!

Since the update I cant re download all the other themes I bought or the stickers. I deleted and downloaded app like it said and still doesnt work. Fix ASAP!

I love text cutie. I am able to spread the love of God in a creative way.

Wont let me restore my pro version even though it shows Ive been a pro user. Spent quite a bit of $ buying the different themes! No one will respond to help either. RIP OFF!
