I purchased the memo theme a couple of days ago, and it still wont let me download. I see the install button, but when I click on it, it does nothing. I just saw my .99 cent paylent come through my account and I would like this resolved.

Love the app decided to by it after. Bought it, it keep. Force closing that $ bucks and I cant get a refund 3 stars until that bug is fix

GREAT app BUT it crashes ALL the time right when im about to save it just crashes and doesnt save what i was working on!!!!

I know your not going to read this nor do you guys care.... As long as folks are willing to pay $5 for the upgrade, you laughing all the way to the bank.... PEOPLE pay close attention to the low rating because they are telling the truth...... what is with all the errors?? Im glad that Im not the ones who paid $5 for the upgrade. When you fixes all the errors let me know.

Doesnt load backgrounds, font etc anymore. Please fix this or Im deleting it.

I think that this app is really great!! U can get cute messages and its so easy to use. It even has some really cool stickers. The upgrade is a little pricey, but if u just get it without the upgrade its a GREAT app. Yes, get it!

Please fix this problem. When I click more fonts, more thermes & etc. nothing, coming out. Im realy love this app.

This app is amazing but can have some changes like putting photos but all in all great app

I ran out of fingers and toes before I could count how many times this app force closed. #fail

So I stumbled upon this amazing app after my previous one quit working, and I was super stoked as to how great it worked and the high quality it posses! However, a few days ago, when I put in my own picture as I always do, it cut off and I was forced to use another picture that I did not care for as much. Now, when I attempt to open the app, it cuts to a black screen and automatically closes on its own. I am extremely disappointed as I love using this wonderful app, but it has many bugs that need extermination. Now.

This is a great app that has a lot of options. To the creators: FYI: I wasnt even looking for an editing app but the fact that you had Taylor Swift on your cover photo is the only reason I downloaded it.

It has cute designs but every time Im done and I click on finish to save it, the app crashes and doesnt save! Very disappointed!

I love this app. Can you please fix the centering of photos and the ability of moving the text to a specific area on the photo. For some reason I cant move my text to the bottom of the photo or to another area of the photo.

How can I restore my themes , fonts & stickers. I had this app before & deleted for awhile. I downloaded again & everything I had disappeared. When I click the "restore" button nothing happens. HELP ????!!!

i had this app on my galaxy 3 and loved it and even my phone before that.... when i switched to my iphone and tried to download the app again it will not let me add any other backgrounds or anything it says to restore and every time i hit it it dont do anything): very disappointed i loved this app

Ive been waiting forever until this updated !!

I had fonts and themes downloaded with the option to download more. Now I have nothing but the basic and Im wondering why. What happened to the HELLO KITTY, LOVE, MOTHERS DAY themed packs just to name a few??Also, when I hit restore nothing happens. Not sure what 11/7 update did either because nothing has changed with my app at all. I would download PRO to get more themes but the reviews there is disappointing :(

This used to be my favorite app. Now I cant get it to do ANYTHING!! When I try to contact support, I get an error message! FIX IT SO THAT WE CAN USE IT LIKE WE USED TO!!!
